Welcome to the Denbigh High School Reunion 2025! By participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.1 All past students, their guests, and authorized personnel are welcome to attend the event.
1.2 Participants must register via the official registration platform (https://denbighhighschoolpsa.org/past-student-reunion-in-2k25/) and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
1.3 The reunion is a private event. Unauthorized individuals or unregistered attendees may not be permitted entry.
2.1 All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously toward fellow attendees, organizers, and staff.
2.2 Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
2.3 Attendees must comply with all instructions and guidelines from event staff.
2.4 You are reminded to drink responsibly during the event. Alcohol will not be allowed to enter the premises without permission from the event organisers.
2.5 In the event that alcohol is found upon entering the venue, the alcohol will be confiscated and should patron refuse to comply, entry will be denied.
2.6 All patrons are subjected to security checks and/or screening upon entering the premises.
3.1 All fees (ticket and sponsorship) are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
3.2 Payments must be made through the official payment channels specified during registration.
4.1 The organizers will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of all attendees during the specified period of the event.
4.2 The Denbigh High School, The Denbigh High School Past Students Association, and the organizing committee are not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
4.3 It is the sole responsibility of each patron to protect his or her personal property while in attendance at the event pursuant to clause 4.2.
5.1 By attending the reunion, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The organizers may use these media for promotional purposes.
5.2 Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6.1 The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or activities for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be issued within a reasonable time frame.
7.1 The organizers are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies.
8.1 By registering for and/or attending the Denbigh High School Reunion 2025, you agree to these terms and conditions.
